Is it safe to order online from WhiteHouse Supply?

Yes. All transactions through WhiteHouse Supply's virtual shop are processed through PayPal. PayPal is an online service that protects you, the buyer, and WhiteHouse Supply Inc., the seller from fradulent transactions. 

 

Do you sell or share your customer information with other companies? 
No! Any customer information provided to WhiteHouse Supply is used only for the purpose of purchasing your desired items. WhiteHouse Supply Inc., does not share any information with third party companies.

 

Are the items on your website authentic?

We guarantee all of our jewelry is 100% genuine. We have several purity levels of gold, designated as 10, 14, and 18 Karats. Each item that is available in a different purity level is labeled as such on our website. Any item containing diamonds was made from natural mined diamonds. Also all diamonds are appraised by GIA certified experts using the latest tools available to provide the most accurate grading. 

 

Do you provide a warranty?
Our watches come with a 1 year warranty which covers labor to fix all manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents or damages caused by unauthorized third parties. All personalized jewelry comes with a 1 year  repair warranty.

 

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 7 days from the time the package is received to exchange or receive a store credit, we do not give cash back refunds. All store credit is held for two years, only if your purchase is undamaged and unaltered. (Meaning the tag was never took off)  If, within this period, you are not satisfied with your purchase, and have not made any adjustments or damaged the item we will exchange it for an equal valued item. Any personalized  item that is purchased, is a final sale. There are no exchange or store credit on custom and personalized item, all items have a year warranty for repairs needed. All the customer has to pay for is the shipping on there own package back to us.

How long will it take to receive my order?
For domestic shipments the standard shipping time for orders shipped via free USPS Ground is 5-10 business days. We also provide a priority shipping option for $15 dollars. Our regular order processing time is 1-3 days (in addition to the delivery time), however if the item is currently out of stock it may take up to 5 weeks to place the order.

 

What shipping companies do you use and do you require a signature upon delivery?
We use mostly USPS or FedEx for our deliveries. All of our packages require signature upon delivery and will not be left at the door or any other place unattended. If you are not available to sign for your package please contact us at (305)-510-5315 or FedEx directly at 1-800-Go-FedEx, or at USPS at (1-800-275-8777) to arrange a pickup of your package from a USPS location nearest to you.

 

Do you ship to other countries?
No, we only ship to domestic locations. All 50 states and United States Territories .
